& Property Manager for Lucky Pavilion Mall.

Phnom Penh – September 30th, 2021 – Local shopping mall developer Lucky Mall Co., Ltd., have announced the appointment of CBRE Cambodia as exclusive agent and property manager of their latest project, Lucky Pavilion Mall, located in BKK1, Phnom Penh’s prime downtown district, along Sihanouk Boulevard.
Lucky Pavilion Mall currently serves as home to Lucky Supermarket, an expanded flagship supermarket which is one of the key tenants at Lucky Pavilion Mall. The building is set to host an array of retail options spread across four floors. The second phase of the mall, which includes a landmark glass façade to Sihanouk Blvd., is currently under development with completion estimated at mid-2022.
The mall has been specially designed from the ground up to suit the needs of residents and workers in what has become the densest and most visited part of Phnom Penh. The property sits on the site of the old Lucky Supermarket, at the juncture of BKK1, Daun Penh, 7 Makara and Chamkarmon districts, offering convenient pedestrian access from both Sihanouk Blvd., and St. 278, as well as generous car and motorbike parking provision.
