SUMMARY

The person is responsible for supporting the Research and Consulting Services Department to collect, collate and analyse the market data of Cambodia’s real estate industry with the aim of aiding the production of market studies, development consultancy and marketing material submitted by the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly collect real estate market data through both qualitative and quantitative market research methods such as site surveys, interviews, questionnaires and more.

• Assist in the organization of collected data and support in the analysis of market trends that are the basis of the business line’s consultancy service.
• Support production of publication and presentations as required by the company and CBRE’s regional team.
• Produce updated presentation content on a quarterly basis for commercial and residential brokerage team to use in client presentations and pitches.
• Research and compile information relating to economy, infrastructure development, planning and regulation information to support Investment Property Team to use in client presentations and pitches.
• Produce regular publications and presentations for public audiences.
• Provide market study, project consultancy and financial analysis reports for developers, targeted to their specific project needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate or higher in a degree, preferably in a course related to real estate, finance, economics, business management or any other relevant courses.
• Have achieved an IELTS score of at least 6.0 or demonstrate equivalent English proficiency.
• Prior experience in market research and/or consultancy preferred.
• Be relatively numerate, analytical and articulate.
• To have strong interest in real estate sector.
• To have a basic understanding of statistics, data collection methods, and data trends.
• To have strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other supporting technology such as Google Earth etc.
