SUMMARY

The person is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties. This role involves providing expert advice, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Market research and competitor analysis.
  2. Maintain market database.
  3. Prepare listings for website.
  4. Business development through cold calling and prospecting.
  5. Respond to inbound enquiries for residential sites.
  6. Build new and develop existing relationships with clients.
  7. Carry out inspections with prospective clients.
  8. Assist negotiations between clients and developers/owners.
  9. Customer services and complaint resolution.
  10. Daily report to manager.
  11. Prepare weekly sales report.
  12. Other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Sales/Marketing position or be able to demonstrate these qualities.
  • Experienced sales & marketing individual with proven track record of working in Cambodia.
  • Good communication skill as you will deal with a wide variety of different people on the job.
  • Outgoing and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Minimum of a college education and a willingness to accept further training when provided.
  • Good English communication both verbal and written. Chinese, Japanese or Korean language skills would be an advantage.
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
