SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and professional Real Estate Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong technical background in photography. This role involves capturing high-quality images of properties to assist in marketing and selling homes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Capture high quality photos & Videos of the Properties required by Business Line Leaders.
2. Edit and enhance photo/videos using editing software (e.g Adobe Creative Suite) to ensure professional quality and consistency.
3. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
4. Create virtual tours or 360-degree photos for online listings.
5. Coordinate with real estate agents to understand specific property features.
6. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
7. Maintain photography equipment and stay updated with the latest techniques and software.
8. Ensure all images adhere to legal and ethical standards.
9. Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in social media platform content planning, posting, and reporting.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate photography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality real estate images.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Excellent attention to detail and artistic flair.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate property shoots.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
