SUMMARY

The person will be responsible for monitoring, collecting, collating, and analysing market data for Cambodia’s real estate industry with the aim of aiding the production of market studies, development consultancy and marketing material submitted by the research and consultancy department. To support in production of research materials that are of a high quality, and which aid the marketing and business development activities of the company. To help secure and service projects for the consulting department, providing timely, accurate and helpful advice to clients, in accordance with prescribed standards, ethical practices and the scope of work set out.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead in the organization of data collection and support in the analysis of market trends that are the basis of the business line’s consultancy service.
• Support and in some cases lead project pitches, client meetings, correspondence, and presentations.
• Support production of publication and presentations as required by the company and CBRE’s regional team.
• Support and in some cases lead the production of market studies, consultancy reports and detailed financial analysis as commissioned by clients or as set-out by the Team’s management.
• Produce updated presentation content on a quarterly basis for commercial and residential brokerage team to use in client presentations and pitches.
• Research and compile information relating to economy, infrastructure development, planning and regulation information to support Investment Property Team to use in client presentations and pitches.
• Produce regular publications and presentations for public audiences.
• Gather data related to specific areas of the real estate market. Analyse and understand trends at all levels.
• Provide market study, project consultancy and financial analysis reports for developers, targeted to their specific project needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a course related to real estate, finance, economics, business management or other relevant subjects.
• Be numerate and analytical.
• Articulate and possess a high level of English proficiency.
• Have a strong understanding of statistics, data collection methods, and data trends.
• Be detail orientated, with an ability to convey ideas to clients both verbally and in writing.
• Have sufficient understanding and experience of delivering professional services including consulting, research and investment advice.
• Have at least 2-year experience of work related to real estate, finance, business development, research and/or consultancy or relevant sector.
• Able to demonstrate ability to deliver high quality results and team leadership skills.
