SUMMARY

The person is responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings, landscapes, and equipment. This role involves a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, and general repairs to ensure properties are in excellent condition.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
2. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
3. Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
4. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
5. Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
6. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
7. Address plumbing and electrical issues, perform manual repairs (e.g., fix locks, replace windows, AC, fire alarm, swimming pool).
8. Perform other duties as assigned by line manager or client.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Good all-round skills relating to building works and fit out.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Able to work as part of a team.
