រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ថ្ងៃទី ១៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ – ក្រុមហ៊ុន CBRE Cambodia បានប្រារព្ធព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ Fearless Forecast ប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី ១៤ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង 8:00 ព្រឹក ដល់ម៉ោង 9:30 ព្រឹក នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះបានផ្តល់នូវបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពលើទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅនៃស្ថានភាពម៉ាក្រូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងស្ថានភាពទីផ្សារអចលនទ្រព្យក្នុងឆ្នាំកន្លងមកនិងទស្សនទានសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំខាងមុខ ។ ឆ្នាំ 2024 គឺជាឆ្នាំដែលមានបញ្ហាប្រឈមមួយចំនួន ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់ទីផ្សារអចលនទ្រព្យកម្ពុជា ។ ទន្ទឹមនេះ វាក៏បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីភាពធន់នៅក្នុងទីផ្សារ និងការសម្របខ្លួននៃឧស្សាហកម្មមួយនេះផងដែរ។ ដោយឡែក ឆ្នាំ 2025 ជាឱកាសនិងពេលវេលាសម្រាប់ការគិតគូរម្តងទៀត ការបង្កើតថ្មី និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនចាប់យកឱកាសនានាដើម្បីឱ្យស្របទៅតាមនិន្នាការនៃការវិវឌ្ឍន៍ទីផ្សារអលនទ្រព្យ ។
